If the Client experiences:
technical errors caused solely by the provider,
persistent access issues,
platform malfunctions,
the support team will take corrective action, such as:
restoring access,
providing alternative delivery methods,
offering technical assistance.
No financial reimbursement will be issued under these circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
The provider is not responsible for issues arising from:
the Client’s internet connection or device limitations,
failure to use or access the materials voluntarily,
technical problems beyond the provider’s control,
